This week the blhost sisters have much to celebrate - recording their 10th episode, Greer has a new mic, AND Spooky Szn is officially upon us! To commemorate such an exciting time, the ladies do a deep dive into cases investigated by the two most notorious and esteemed demonologists of their time: Ed and Lorraine Warren. However, since the nature of these investigations can be extremely dark and disturbing, they wanted to start the episode off on a lighter note by reading a story submitted by listener Mara about her encounter with a potato throwing ghost! Then sh*t gets real when Greer discusses the Warrens’ investigation of the Smurl family followed by Betsy’s retelling of the demonic possessions of David Glatzel and Arne Johnson that resulted in the murder of Alan Bono and the "Devil Made Me Do It" case. Meet the Blhost Sisters
Betsy (left) and Greer (right) have been glued to each other's side since they were five years old. They've always had an eerie connection - from saying the same thing at the same time to wearing the same exact outfit unplanned. Fast forward 20 years and nothing has changed. One thing they've always bonded over is their shared passion for and interest in all things paranormal and their unwavering belief in ghosts. They've always said they could talk for hours about the supernatural and one day decided, hey, why not record it!
